This news comes just over a year after Monia was promoted to Senior Vice-President of Call It Spring and appointed to the ALDO Group executive committee. Under her leadership, Call It Spring has since undergone a significant evolution, emerging as a stronger, more dynamic brand. By guiding her team in reimagining the customer experience, strengthening the brand’s foundations, and bringing a fresh perspective to the product offering, she has helped transform every facet of the business while shaping a compelling vision for the future of a brand that has been a staple of the Canadian retail landscape since 2010.

With close to 20 years of experience at the ALDO Group in various leadership positions, Monia’s unique combination of ambition, ability, insight and instinct has also greatly benefited the executive committee’s strategic discussions and decision-making over the past year.
