With members from departments and roles across the ALDO Group, our Diversity & Inclusion committee ensures everyone is heard. With a mandate to create opportunities for two-way dialogue with all associates, the committee is dedicated to creating actionable and measurable change for the ALDO Group, not just right now, but for the long term.
How will we get there? By giving everyone the tools to do better: organizing training on topics such as diversity in the workplace, unconscious bias and preventing discrimination. We are all allies and our internal committee holds us accountable on actionable changes.
